The Weekly Atlas Check-In (For Couples and Teams)

A 20-minute weekly ritual — five questions — that prevents 80% of the avoidable damage in any close relationship or team.

Most damage in close relationships and on teams is not caused by one big rupture. It is caused by the slow accumulation of small unsaid things. The Weekly Atlas Check-In stops the accumulation.

    The five questions

    1. What worked this week between us?
    2. What did not work that I want to name out loud?
    3. Where did I see you do something I appreciated and did not say?
    4. What do I need from you this coming week?
    5. What is one specific thing I am committing to do differently?

Twenty minutes. Once a week. No phones. No edits. The point is not to solve everything. The point is that nothing rots in silence.
